I'm an existing customer - how do I login to my account on the new website?
We couldn't bring over passwords from our previous site for privacy reasons, so you need to activate your account here on our new site. But don't worry, it's pretty simple!
Update your account now
All you have to do is enter your name and email and set a new password. We'll send you an email with an activation link. Visit the link and you're done.
The system will magically merge your previous account with the new one - and we'll give you $10 in rewards as a bonus!

How will your clothes fit me? Help me order the right size!
We have done our best to design clothing with this question in mind. We include flexibility where we can: adjustable straps, shoulder ties, waist and back ties, shirring and other stretchy tricks to ensure a good fit.
First, look at our sizing charts. We show how our sizes relate to Australian, European and American sizes. Measure yourself and compare to be sure. Our measurements refer to your body measurements. We've allowed extra room in each of our designs for fit.

How long will it take to get my order?
Our Fair Trade clothing is made to order at our Himalayan Tailoring Centre and ships from North India. Shipping takes from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the carrier you choose, but we like to think it is worth the wait!
If you’re concerned about time, select the FEDEX Priority option. You can preview your shipping charges on the basket page prior to checkout.
How do I track my order?
Easy! Click on your Account (the little person in the top menu). There you can see where your order is in the process. We'll email you on receiving your order, and also once it's shipped. If you need an update once your order's shipped we can track it for you, or send through tracking information.
What about returns and cancellations?
Our clothing is handmade to order, so please choose carefully. However, we do understand that mistakes can be made when you order, and mistakes may occasionally slip past our vigorous quality control department.
If you do need to return an item, we’ve done our best to make this process as painless as possible. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately so we can see where we are in the shipping process, and we will do what we can to help you.
