Namgyal, 42, is the Accounts and Personnel manager, and hence the most feared person in the workshop! This is an illusion though, as he is probably the easiest going manager in the world. Namgyal is a family man from Dalhousie, a nearby Himalayan hill-station with a large Tibetan community. Namgyal and his wife moved to Dharamsala in 1990 looking for work. He started as a cashier in a gas agency, then as a manager at a local tailoring centre before joining Eternal Creation. His wife found work at the local Tibetan hospital dispensing traditional Tibetan medicine. They now have three children; a son who studies in Canada, an elder daughter who plans to be a register nurse, and their youngest, Dechen, who regularly models for Eternal Creation.
