1. Shopping online

To order from our online shop, simply select your desired clothing range from the list at the left. Clothing for this range will appear as small images on the left hand side of your screen. Click on the desired image to view a larger version of that image and get detailed information relating to that image. If you would like to purchase an item, just add it to your shopping basket. The number of items in your basket is shown next to the “view basket” button at the bottom of the screen.

Where available, you can view other colour variations of a particular product by clicking on the small swatches at the bottom right corner of the main image. Just click "add to basket" for your selected product, and the colour variation currently displayed will be added.

At any time you can click on "view basket" at the bottom of the screen to confirm or change the content of your basket. In the basket you can change the quantity of a product you wish to order; remember to click “update” before you leave the basket.

2. Sign In

When you have all you need in your shopping basket, start the checkout process by clicking on the "checkout" button. If you haven’t already signed in, this will take you the sign-in page, where new customers register by entering their delivery details on a secure page. Existing customers who have already registered with us can skip this step and proceed straight to order confirmation and payment.

Wondering why you need to register? So we can fulfil your order, we need you to provide your  shipping address and contact details. A few clicks and you’re done. Registering also has the advantage of making you elegible for future special offers and other benefits. Eternal Creation will treat any individual information collected with respect and confidentiality.

3. Checkout and Payment

Once signed-in, you can then review your order and confirm your details. Once you click "Confirm Order", you are taken to a page where you can enter your payment details and complete your purchase in a secure environment featuring the highest level of SSL-encryption available, hosted by the industry-leading payment processing system, SecurePay.

4. Currencies

Payments are processed in your selected currency via SecurePay’s secure system, which supports most major credit cards. Our site’s currency exchange rates are updated daily.

5. Order Confirmation

After submitting your order you will receive an email containing an order number, an estimated delivery date, order details, and contact details. Should it be necessary a customer care operator will contact you, for instance if an item you selected is unavailable.

6. Delivery

Eternal Creation produces all garments in our Himalayan workshop to maintain our high standards of quality and social responsibility. Due to the large number of styles on offer, we make all pieces to order. We endeavour to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, however if your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you by email.

There are 2 delivery options for most countries:

Express Delivery: Orders delivered worldwide via the Fed- Ex courier service. Items made to order; delivery within 7-14 days to most regions.

Standard Delivery: Orders delivered worldwide via EMS Speed Post. Items made to order; delivery within 14-21 days to most regions.

Freight is calculated on the gross weight of your order.

Your shipping costs are shown on the delivery information page during check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm shipping costs prior to placing your order.

7. Cancellations

Our agreement with you commences once we have both confirmed your order and processed your payment. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Please choose carefully when you order. If you have received an order and wish to return it for a refund, please see our returns policy below.

8. Returns

Due to the fact that our garments are all hand made to order in the Himalayas, we do not accept any returns other than faulty garments or orders that are inconsistent with the purchase order; please keep this in mind and choose carefully when you make your purchase. If your child is between sizes, please choose the larger size.

Eternal Creation will not accept returns without prior authorization and will not refund any merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way.

All claims must be received by email within seven days of your receipt of item in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. Because repeated handling can easily damage these items, there are no warranties that apply for any reason beyond the first seven days of receipt. All returns must have original tags intact. If the tags have been removed we will not accept the return and will not issue a credit.

We will replace any item that is found to be defective with an identical item provided that we are notified of the defect within seven days of delivery to you. After the seven days we will no longer be responsible for any defects found. Please inspect your items upon receipt.

If you are eligible to request a refund or exchange, please contact us via email to file your claim. You should receive a request for more information or a response within three business days of receipt of your claim. Please note that shipping charges for the initial delivery and for the return will not be refunded except in the case of replacement due to defect.

If you do not receive a response to your inquiry, it is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly or your ISP has filtered our response as "SPAM”. If you do not receive a response from Eternal Creation, please re-send your inquiry, double check your email address entered, or consider using another email address.

Please do not return items to Eternal Creation for a refund without an authorization number. The delivery of your merchandise will not be accepted.

9. Backorders

Occasionally an item might be temporarily out of production due to materials being out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified that the item is on back order as soon as we are made aware of the situation. You will have the option of canceling your order or waiting for the back ordered item to arrive. We will wait to ship your order to your order to you when it is complete. If you request that the partial order shipped first, and the back ordered item(s) when they become available, we will be happy to do so. However, please be aware that there will be an additional shipping charge for the second shipment.
 

10. Changing personal information

Just sign-in using the email address and password that you registered with. The registration page then appears with the information you supplied. At this time you can edit anything, including your email address. Don't forget to click on Update Details.

11. Login problems

If you get a login error stating that your email and password don't match, and are sure you have entered your password correctly (remember this field is case sensitive), then we will need to reset your password for you. Please email us by clicking on Contact Us at the top of the page. Enter RESET PASSWORD as the subject, and we will reply by email with your new login details.

12. Problems viewing the site

Web Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or later is recommended for viewing the Eternal Creation website, as well as recent versions of Firefox, Opera or Safari. Some content may not be visible or may not display correctly if you are using an older web browser.

Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 or above.

Connection Speed: 56 kbps or above (broadband recommended)

13. Security

The Eternal Creation website uses “cookies” which are small amounts of information stored on the user’s computer by our web site server. These “cookies” identify the user’s browser but they do not identify the user personally and no sensitive information is stored within the Eternal Creation website “cookies”. While “cookies” can be disabled by the user by going to the preferences or options menus in their browser, we recommend that you don’t disable “cookies” to allow for a better and faster experience at Eternal Creation Online. Our website features 128 bit SSL or higher data encryption, with personal or financial information scrambled (encrypted) to minimise possible misuse by third parties. A padlock/key is displayed on the lower right hand corner of the user's screen when the SSL technology is in action - indicating a secure site. By "double-clicking" on the padlock it is possible to confirm our certificate of authenticity. We do not encourage (and in fact advise against) sending any sensitive information by email, as information sent by email is not encrypted and therefore not a secure mode of transmission.

14. Privacy

Eternal Creation has an on-going commitment to responsibly manage and treat with the utmost respect and confidentiality any individual information collected during the course of our dealings with our customers. We value the trust our customers have placed in us in providing any personal information, and we limit the collection and use of this information to maintaining a superior level of service to our customers. We will never send you unsolicited emails, and you can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time.

We offer numerous styles in sizes from newborn through to age 10 under the brands Eternal Kids and Eternal Baby. Under Eternal Woman we offer sizes S to XL and women's fashion accessories.
