With every purchase, your status in the loyalty program grows, increasing your loyalty discount. But that's not all! We'll be sending out periodical newsletters to our loyalty members, with additional, exclusive discounts and offers available only to loyalty program members.

Your loyalty status will be credited upon shipment of your order, not when the product is ordered or paid for. Hence there may be a few days' delay before your account is updated.

Due to the way the loyalty system works, only orders placed by credit card are credited to your loyalty account. Direct deposit and Paypal payments cannot be credited, as they don't use the normal checkout procedure.

All purchases on our website (including sale and discounted items) are eligible for crediting to your loyalty account. However, Eternal Creation does reserve the right to remove this eligibility for specific promotions or discounts at its sole discretion.

Eternal Creation may make changes to the program at any time at its sole discretion. Eternal Creation will provide due notice to members who are subscribed to our mailing list in the event of any such changes.

Eternal Creation may elect to suspend or terminate the program at any time. In this event, any loyalty discounts or other benefits will no longer be active. Again we will provide due notice to members in this event.
