Ever wondered what other people's "Eternal favourites" are? Here's a selection of recommendations that shoppers (and perhaps more importantly, their kids!) have sent in from our winter collection. You may well discover some gems you have missed! My favourite outfit is the Purple hand crocheted jacket, cotton top, balloon pants and hat. Olivia (my 18 month old daughter) and I both LOVE purple. While she is very girly in lots of ways, she seems to prefer pants and tops to dresses or skirts (I think mainly because they inhibit her running, climbing and playing). Olivia also loves buttons (she calls them duba-dubas, it was one of her first 'words'), tassles and any details like that she can play with. |
My fave winter items from your collection this year (and lets be honest, it's probably not what my daughter would like!) is the "IVORY" ensemble. I think the top (KD759) is very pretty and the embroidery on the skirt (KD766) is so detailed, rare to find such lovely work. I think the colours are pretty and the weight of the skirt looks warm and adds a nice visual experience with the contrasting textiles. |
I love the "Manhattan" Shirt, "Charcoal" Vest, "Pinstripe" Jeans, and the "Bronx" Hat and scarf. I chose this outfit for its practical elements: great mix 'n match components that will work well with the items already in Zach's wardrobe, a shirt that can be "dressed" up, layers that can be shed when the winter sun appears, and great, hardworking jeans that can take the punishment only a boy can dish out! |
I just love the 'Hannah' and 'Heidi' dress and coat set in the Winter baby girls section. I love the colours and the style of the coat. I love the dress design print, I think its great that just because its winter doesn't mean that girls have to stop wearing dresses! |
The "Angelica" pinafore is "my favourite dress ever because it has big pockets to keep all my treasures
in and lots of flowers on it so it looks so pretty." |
I am in love with all your designs!!! but if I had to choose one at the moment it would be the the Bianca party dress with the Midnight coat and Heidi scarf & headband. I first fell in love with the dress but when I saw the whole outfit together loved it even more. I can really see my daughter wearing this on one of our little outings on the weekend. |
The Brooklyn - Rust - Charcoal combination is my favourite. I love the colours! The rust orange trim on the grey jacket with the rust colour accessories is not only different, but gorgeous for autumn! So nice to find a classic boys winter coat rather than the usual boys hoodies in bright gaudy colours that you find in a department store. |
My fav colour range is definitely the "Viola" for girls. The bright blue reminds me of the clear, bright blue skies we have during the winter here in Australia & the purples & lilac remind me of the Jacaranda trees & their gorgeous purple flowers that will be coming as the weather gets warmer! |
My favourite outfit is the Winter KD756 Top, KD763 Skirt, KD785L Leggings, HT109 Hat. The reason for choosing this gorgeous outfit is twofold: Firstly, WE LOVE decorative buttons! We have a collection of buttons in our family sewing kit and we let the children choose their favourite buttons to sew on their pyjamas and other clothes to make it their own. Here you have done if for us with your gorgeous top decorated with multicoloured buttons! Secondly, the skirt fabric is just divine and not only that, my daughter is a skirt twirler. She insists on only wearing skirts that twirl. Sometimes that is a bit hard to find in winter but your collection of full winter skirts are perfect for twirling during our loungeroom disco sessions or for just skipping down the road! |
I love combination of browns of warm tones used in this outfit. The cuff of the jacket is trimmed and lined with a gorgeous ivory colour and the classic style is versatile as it can be dressed up or down. The shirt has a unique pattern which complements the ribbed ivory skivvy and the brown cord pants. |
